1. Physiology of the menstrual cycle

Learn how your hormones work and how to best support your hormonal balance so that you feel empowered to take charge of your own well-being.
Feel overwhelmed by the intricacies of physiology and intimidated by your doctors’ words?
I will break it all down for you and make it possible for you to get a basic understanding of how your menstrual cycle works so that you can better advocate for yourself.
We will go through your daily habits in detail. I will show you the not so good ones for your hormonal balance and how to swap them for the ones that best support it.
I will show you how to establish daily routines and rituals that make it easier for you to stay on track as you do the work.

I will give you all the cyclical literacy tools you need to reclaim your connection to your cyclical nature.
